前文 Google Nexus One VS Motorola Milestone 己提到 Google Nexus One 与 Motorola Milestone 有什么规格上的分别，如果你还没有决定好要买那一部，你可以再看一下这篇，看看两支手机实际上有什么分别。
除了己知的硬件规格外，由于 Google 也同时间发表了一些相关的新应用，部份暂时只出现在 使用 Android 2.1 的 Google Nexus One，所以这也是两者不同的地方。
从上图看到，Google Nexus One 使用的 AMOLED 屏幕光亮度与清晰度明显较 使用 TFT 屏幕的 Motorola Milestone 清楚优胜。
与 Nexus One 同时发布的 Google Translate 软件虽然支持语音操作，
但使用 Android 2.0 的 Milestone 并不支持此功能。
Android 2.1 的 Nexus One 选单明显较 Android 2.0 的 Milestone 漂亮。
Android 2.1 的 Nexus One 也支持天气、新闻 Widget 功能。
Android 2.1 的 Nexus One 支持 Google Map 功能。
Android 2.1 的 Nexus One 图片库支持 3D 选项及动态相片。
Android 2.1 的 Nexus One 看图片时屏幕会有更多选项以供选择。
Google Nexus One 最特别的是这个孔提供 Noise Cancelling 功能。（所以贴保护贴的时候不要封着它啊！）
Google Nexus One 很薄，大概只有 Milestone 键盘的薄度。
Google Nexus One 与 Milestone 左右两边分别不大。
上下底主要分别在于 Milestone 的充电位置位于机身左侧，而 Google Nexus One 则于机底。
