This gives a very good overview to ABAQUS/Standard using ABAQUS/CAE. It also teaches the basics of ABAQUS/Viewer. An on-line Keywords version is also available.
如果你抵制英文,只爱国语,建议你找到tsinghua大学庄教授根据5.8版本翻译的那本老古董来看看,网上有PDF版的。

Chapters 1 through 5 of the ABAQUS/CAE Users Manual
These are the "Getting Started" sections for ABAQUS/CAE and ABAQUS/Viewer and will allow you to gain basic proficiency.

ABAQUS Analysis Users Manual
Sections 1.1--1.3, Chapters 2 and 3, Section 4.1 and the begeinning of section 4.2 (until you reach the output variable identifiers), Sections 4.3, 5.1.1, 6.1, 6.2.1, 6.2.2, 6.2.5, 6.3.2, 6.3.3, 7.1, 7.7, Chapters 8, 9, 19, and 20.

Sections 1-4 discuss the aspects of defining and running an analysis in ABAQUS, while the remaining sections provide an overview of the different type of simulations that can be done.
